The smaller the cask, the greater the contact between the wood & the Rum. Consequently the wood can release more aromas and also color to the Rum. A small barrel leads much faster to a sharp woody note & therefore, depending on the desired result, great experience is needed, this to capture the right result in time. Well, we think we did just at the right time...  700ml / 64,8%  - ENJOY :)
